Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before using the services of Only One Catering (hereinafter referred to as “we’’, ’’our’’ or ”the Company“). If you use the services of the Company or purchase any products through our online platform, you are automatically deemed to agree to all the terms. If you have any questions or disagreements about the terms, please check with our staff. All food will be held in tin foil or plastic take-away boxes.

*All pictures are for reference only. The colour, size, weight and shape of the food are subject to actual delivery.

*All ordered food items will be accompanied by disposable cutlery (forks, spoons, paper plates, and paper towels). For every purchase of HK$2,000, twenty (20) sets of  complimentary disposable cutlery will be provided. For additional disposable cutlery, a fee of HK$5 per will be charged. 

*Delivery fee: Hong Kong Island HK$380 / Kowloon HK$380 / New Territories HK$380 (Delivery fee for the New Territories or tenement buildings is subject to the final decision of the delivery company). Delivery service to outlying islands only applies to regions designated on our website. Delivery service is only available from 10 am to 8 pm.

*Online catering orders must be placed at least five(5) working days before the delivery date. If you need catering service within five(5) working days (hereinafter referred to as "emergency order"), please contact us by phone and email. Subject to the capacity of our kitchen and delivery, the Company may adjust the delivery fee and reserves the right to reject an emergency order. In any event, the Company will use all reasonable efforts to meet your request.

*If you place an order online, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, or if you are not legally responsible, please consult your parent or guardian on the content and consequences of the Terms and Conditions before using our services. If the Company suffers any loss as a result of the purchaser being under 18 years of age the Company reserves the right to take legal action against the purchaser’s parent or guardian.

*The Company will make every effort to ensure that the price, details and size of the products listed on the website are correct, but the Company reserves the right to change the price and other product details without prior notice.    

*If the Company, upon checking the user record or payment details of an order, considers any order untrustworthy reserves the right to reject the order.

*You must provide true, accurate and complete delivery information when confirming your order. If you need to add or change any delivery information after the order is confirmed , please contact the Company by phone and email at least three (3) working days before the delivery date, otherwise all changes will not be accepted. The Company will not compensate for any wrong delivery information.

*Not all product images on our website will be in full compliance with the actual product. You may not refuse to accept the product because it does not match the online image.

*To maintain food quality, please enjoy our food within two (2) hours upon arrival; chilled foods must be enjoyed within half an hour upon arrival.

*The Company endeavours to ensure that the order will be delivered on time, and you understand that any risk of delay resulting from actual road conditions and accidents during transportation shall be borne by you.

*Unless otherwise specified, the Company's supplies also contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, milk and nut products. If you need halal or, vegan food or have special dietary requirements, please contact our consultants by phone and email.  

*The Company will provide you with relevant information about your food as far as practically possible. However, you must clearly understand your needs and notify the Company before placing the orderThe Company will not compensate by way of reproduction of food or refund, under and without limitation to the following condition. You shall also be liable for providint insufficient information to the Company.

a/ food allergy

b/ food portion

c/ religious issues

d/ personal perference

*The Company endeavours to complete the order submitted online. If the order is refused for any reason, or unforeseeable change occurs on the product, or some or all of the products or ingredients required in the order become unavailable, the Company shall not be held responsible.

*The Company only delivers to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and some of the outlying islands designated on the website. The scope of delivery service will be revised from time to time without prior notice. Additional surcharges and delivery charges may apply for certain designated outlying island areas. For details, please contact the Company by phone and email. Nothing in our terms and conditions guarantee that the Company can deliver to all locations with in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

*Upon order delivery with full payment received, all orders shall be deemed completed and all con sequential risks will e transferred to the purchaser. 

*The Company does not guarantee that the items sold or supplied do not contain ingredients from animals, fruits or other allergens. During storage or production, the aforementioned ingredients may exist or mix with the items. Although the Company endeavours to cater to the specific dietary requirements of different customers, there is no guarantee that such requirements will be met.

*In principle, the Company will not deliver when the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force. You have the right to reschedule the delivery within 30 days from the original delivery date, but all payment will not be refunded. Please refer to ourt adverse weather arrangement for details.

*The Company endeavours to ensure that the order is completed correctly and that any discrepancies are handled in the following manner. In case of any discrepancies, you must call us within one (1) hour after the delivery of the product, take photos of the product, leave the physical product intact, and report the Company of the relevant discepancies.

The refund will be made via bank transfer.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and be solely responsible for all your actions or omissions, including the content of the communications through the online ordering service. In general, but not limited to the following, you agree:

a/ Not to create false or misleading online order user identities.

b/ Not to interfere with other users in the online ordering service.

c/ Not to use the online ordering service illegally or in any other way that may cause damage, failure, overload or damage to the website or the services of the Company.

d/ Not to attempt to access the online ordering service or other user accounts, computer system or network connected to the service without authorization.

e/ Not to electronically or in any other way collect email addresses, passwords or other contact information of other online ordering services users.

f/ Not to transmit, email or post any material or program containing software viruses to interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.

g/ Not to rearrange or design any part of the website within the website.

“Adverse weather” means the weather con dition when the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, or such other weather conditions, whether visible or predictable, which may obstruct food production and delivery.

If adverse weather prevails, you have the right to choose either of the following options:

a/ Still require delivery, with an additional charge of 60% of the total order amount, subject to adjustment depending on the delivery area. You shall also be responsible for the risk of the food being affected by the weather at the time of delivery. The Company will not reschedule the  delivery, reproduce any food or refund in this case.

b/ Reschedule the delivery date. You can postpone the same order within 30 days without additional charge.

c/ Cancel the order at a charge of 80% of the total order amount, and the balance will be refunded to your designated bank account.

If adverse weather is anticipate, you have the right to choose either of the following options 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time:

a/ Still require delivery and if adverse weather persists, an additional charge of 60% of the total order amount will apply, subject to adjustment depending on the delivery area. You shall also be responsible for the risk of the food being affected by the weather at the time of delivery. The Company will not reschedule, reproduce any food or refund in this case.

b/ Reschedule the delivery date. You can postpone the same order within 30 days without additional charge.

c/ Cancel the order at a charge of 50% of the total order amount, and the balance will be refunded to your designated bank account.

In case of adverse weather, the Company reserves the right to cancel delivery to ensure the safety of food production colleagues and delivery colleagues.

Once an order is confirmed by the Company via Whatsapp, email or phone, you must complete the payment process, as per the payment details provided, at lease 72 hours before the delivery date, and notify the Company for verification, otherwise the Company reserves the right to cancel food production without notice. If you have any questions, please contact our staff.

Changing / canceling an order 

Once an order is confirmed, if you need to change or cancel the order for any personal reasons, you must contact the Company by phone and email at least three(3) working days before the delivery date.The Company will charge the corresponding fee according to the following guidelines.

a/ Change or cancel the order once the order is confirmed, the company will charge an additional 20% of the total order amount.

b/ Change or cancel the order 36-72 hours before the delivery time: the Company will charge an additional 30% of the total order amount.

c/ Change or cancel the order 12-36 hours before the delivery time: the Company will charge an additional 50% of the total order amount.

d/ Change or cancel the order less than 12 hours before the delivery time: the Company will charge an additional 80% of the total order amount.

To avoid waste, if the number of customers exceeds the above, the portion of food will be adjusted according to the food type and nature.

The Company reserves the right of final interpretation and decisi on on all offers and promotion.

In case of any disputes, the Chinese version of all terms shall prevall.The Company reserves the right to take legal action and the right of final decision.

Changing / canceling an order


The Company must receive the total order amount in full to confirm the order (payable in cash, VISA or MASTER credit card).

All orders are confirmed upon the notification of the Company in writing and shall not be changed by either party save and except as per our abovementioned policy of change or cancellation of order.
