We recommend consuming the food within 2 hours of delivery. For longer durations, use thermal or refrigerated storage.

Dry items are packed in paper boxes, saucy dishes in black plastic containers, and baked items in foil trays.

Can I place a same-day catering order?

We recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance. For urgent requests, contact us directly. Setup services require at least 10 days’ notice.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, with applicable charges:
1. After confirmation: 20% fee
2. 36–72 hours before: 30%
3. 12–36 hours before: 50%
4. Within 12 hours: 80% Subject to Terms & Conditions.

Can you provide recurring catering services?

Yes, we offer recurring catering for offices, schools, and organizations with custom menus and discounts.

🚚 Delivery & Logistics

Does the catering service include delivery?

Yes, we deliver to your specified location and ensure on-time arrival. Fees vary by location.

Will the delivery arrive on time?

We schedule deliveries based on your event time and allow buffer time for traffic. We’ll notify you of any delays.

Can you arrange staggered delivery times?

Yes, if requested when ordering. Additional charges apply per trip.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes, with advance notice. Additional delivery charges apply based on distance and number of stops.

Delivery coverage & handling charges?

We do not cover walk-up buildings, remote areas, or stair access without prior notice. Charges:
* $100 per floor for standard delivery
* $100 per box per floor for setup service
* Note: Even two steps count as one floor*

Are there any additional charges?

Additional fees may apply for delivery, special packaging, logo placement, extra staff, or decoration. All charges are clearly listed in the quotation.

Does the catering service include setup and decoration?

We offer three service levels:
1. Delivery only
2. Setup service (table arrangement & basic decor)
3. Setup with service staff (serving & cleanup)

Will the venue and waste be cleaned up after the event?

If service staff are arranged, we assist with cleanup. Otherwise, clients are responsible for disposal.

Can you provide live cooking or on-site preparation?

Yes, depending on venue and event type. Options include carving stations, BBQ, or beverage mixing. Advance booking required.

🌧️ Weather & Emergencies

What happens if Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted?

All services will be suspended. Please notify us 24 hours in advance and choose:
1. Reschedule within 3 months (no charge)
2. Cancel with 50% charge and refund of the balance

Yes, we follow Hong Kong’s food safety regulations. All ingredients are from certified suppliers, and we hold a valid food business license.
