We offer three delivery options:

1.   Ground-Level Delivery

📍 Applicable to deliveries made to ground-level locations with parking access. This service does not include carrying items upstairs.

2.   Door-to-Door Delivery

📍 Including delivery to designated floors or indoor locations.

🛠 Rental Equipment Delivery Policy

🔸 Customers who choose to self-pickup rental items are required to pay a deposit in advance. The deposit amount will depend on the type and quantity of items rented, and will be fully refunded upon return. For details, please contact us.

📌 Important Notes

  • Delivery service does not cover outlying islands, restrictedarea and walk-up buildings (e.g. Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, etc.)
  • If the delivery address requires stair access, ground-leveldelivery will be arranged. For upstairs delivery, an additional charge of HK$100 per floor will apply.
  • Delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
  • All surcharges will be clearly stated in the quotation or order confirmation. No hidden charges.
