Choose from our flexible service options to match your event scale:

Chef & Assistant Service Only (Excluding Food): HK$4,980 / 4 hours
- Includes professional chef and assistant team for 4 hours of live grilling service.
- Note: This option does not include any BBQ equipment or tools; clients must provide their own equipment on-site.
Chef & Assistant Service + Premium BBQ Menu: HK$498 per person

- Minimum Order: Starts at 12pax.
- Portion Scaling: Food quantities will increase proportionally based on the total number of guests.
- Inclusions: Includes disposable tableware for your guests.
- Optional Service Extension: Should you wish to extend the gourmet BBQ experience, you may add extra hours of live service at a rate of HK$1,200 per hour.

Professional Service Workflow (Total: 4 Hours)

Preparation (45 mins): Meticulous ingredient preparation.
Live Grilling Service (3 hrs): Professional cooking and service by our expert chef and assistant team, searing fresh, premium items for your guests.
Venue Restoration (15 mins): Cleaning and tidy-up to maintain a pristine environment.

Post-Service Care: Any remaining prepared food will be professionally packed by our chef for you to keep on-site.

Booking Policy

Reservation: Please reserve at least 10 days in advance to ensure the availability of our professional carver and the premium quality of your chosen ham.

December Festive Surcharge (Applies to all packages above):

A 15% surcharge applies to events held on December 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st.

We offer three delivery options:

1. Ground-Level Delivery

📍 Applicable to deliveries made to ground-level locations with parking access. This service does not include carrying items upstairs.

📌 Important Notes

Delivery service does not cover outlying islands, restrictedarea and walk-up buildings (e.g. Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, etc.)
If the delivery address requires stair access, ground-leveldelivery will be arranged. For upstairs delivery, an additional charge of HK$100 per floor will apply.
Delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
All surcharges will be clearly stated in the quotation or order confirmation. No hidden charges.
