Professional Service Workflow (Total: 3 Hours):

• Preparation & Ham Opening (45 mins): Including professional equipment setup, meticulous "Ham Opening," and aesthetic arrangement to ensure the highest quality of flavor.

• Live Carving Service (2 hrs): Professional carving by our expert chef, slicing fresh, thin ribbons of exquisite ham for your guests.

• Venue Restoration (15 mins): Professional cleaning and equipment storage to maintain a pristine environment.

•  Post-Service Care: Any remaining ham will be professionally wrapped by our chef for you to keep on-site. Please note that the ham stand and carving tools are company property and will be retrieved after the service.

• Note: Should additional service time be required, a service fee of HK$1,200 per hour will apply.
